This is called the cross over walk. What you are going to do is take your one leg cross it over, so the both feet are pretty much even on the ground. You are then going to turn your hips back into that leg. And come down as close the ground as you can. This is a great exercise for warming up your hamstring and low back.
Here we are with an inch warm. All you going to do is get back down into a push up position, and this time you are going to move it backwards. So you are going to walk your hands to your feet, and then take small steps back trying to keep your legs straight as possible the entire time. Here is a walking launch with a twist, you want to step up and over your knee each time, drop down into a launch and then twist into the knee that is out in front.
This is a lateral spider man. What you want to do is Karaoke your hands. So, cross the one in front then one in back while taking small steps with your feet. This is a March drill, bring your knee up towards your hip, and then drive it down, and back under your body. This is a double leg skip, great for coordination.
