That's flipping cool. Crazy how the human body can adapt to these types of circumstances when trained. Not to dis the guy, but I like what Bruce Lee said in Enter The Dragon - "boards don't hit back". :-P

Most of the comments here are just too negative I'd love to see a video of one you "haters" going up against that guy because it would be fun watching you get you asses kicked while your talking about bad form, not real, etc, etc.

That type of industial block is the concrete equivalent of compacted sawdust compared to a plank of wood: it has no grain to prevent it cracking. A chopping hand can break it by the scientific principle of Pressure (a flat hand slap could not break a sheet of cardboard). So, I confide the film is truthful. (PS I tried to rate 3 but got stopped at 1)

You guys calling fake is funny. People break a lot harder things than that with a strike . I'd like to comment that he had poor form though. His hand shouldn't have gone quite so gooey like that. You'll notice how his fingers were separated a bit from each other just before making contact. I bet you that slip hurt his hand a lot :P (and for the record, yes I've broken hard objects like that before - although granted not as big)
