First six portions of the hitting work out, I am going to ask that you keep in order.
It is important that we do them this way because we are going to start from the ground up and work our way through to normal stroke; the one that you are going to going to need as you move into your games situations.
First, when Ryan is going to help me with, there is a bat behind the back hitting the genes below the waist and if we can get that lower has started and keep upper body in tacked, you got a great chance not only a level swing but to hit the ball hard, as well.
Notice how Ryan’s goes start with the bat behind the back line. Spread his feet at least shoulder to park. His on his belt line; we do not want to put the belt in the elbow.
I see this time a lot with the bat and the elbow and it really does not help us because we can not pull. I want one hand that one in to the bat and the other hand at the other end; we will going to pull hard in just instant.
This is going to insured that we get grid lower body rotation.
Okay Ryan, we will going to do this in two parts.
Part number one, we will going to get a little bit movement backward and we going to take a stride. We call in and return in a stride. And this needs to be separate from part two.
Part two is going to involve rotating the hipster rolling the back foot up we call at squishing the bag.
Okay, part number one again in return, stride.
Part two, roll the back foot and at the same time we going to pull hard with the hand in the back here. Notice how the chest faces you. Okay?
Back up,
Let us go again ready? One, two,
Pull hard?
Okay, back up.
(Demo)
Full speed ready? One, two,
(Demo)
Good!
Notice how I keep them separate.
Part one and part two kept separate. We need 15 repetitions of the bat behind the back before you begin anything else.
