Again, this is the drill that lends yourself very nicely to working by your self. Recruit someone from your family a teammate, a coach, anybody you can to get this done. These are little things that separate you from everyone else. Our ordinary players or diamond does. I can go out to any high school field in the country and find an ordinary player.
You need to be that special players. Special players the guys can go out and do this on a daily basis. Alright, forehand flip, here we go, go to your hand and foot, there we go. Make him work, good. Brent makes the catch, good. Nice stop. If I do not push him a little I am not doing him any favors. He wants me better player and the only way to do that it is making him work. Okay, one more forehand tough one that is alright back hand. Now we are going back hand, good. See how quick his hand moved? Tough hop, good ball stayed low to the ground he still made the play.

Brent had done this a time or two. He is pretty good out of it. See it? Good, see even on the tough hop he is able to get to it. Your hands have to move in the independent with the rest of your body. If you are going to stop and think about where the gloves is going to go on back in, your sunk, it is too late and you did not get the part of the infield the backhand to forehand short hop like Brenda is one pretty good shake.
