I have trouble doing this. You have excellent teaching skills, but I don't have enough upper body strength. I am struggling on step 1. ^^, I need more practice. And more strength. Maybe I should do push ups or something. ", Thank you so much for the tutorial though! Everyone else doesn't go into detail like yours!
