My name is Michael Fallert. I am with the Sound Shop in Colorado Springs. I am here today and talk to you about how to choose the DVD Player and what the right choices are. Well, there is very few choices in the DVDs left. In a DVD you buy out there is going to be a progress of scan. It is going to be up converting or up sampling DVD Player. With that said it is budget thing. Probably the best reason to buy a DVD now a days is that with the advent of Blu-Ray DVDs have become really, really inexpensive. Another good reason is that a lot of people out there just do not care about Blu-Ray yet. It is not a main stream format. There are a lot of Blu-Ray up and not nearly the amount of Blu-Ray versus DVD. If you are not interested in Blu-Ray or your system will not accommodate the higher resolution you might as well buy a DVD player.

There some killer deals out there. Another good reason would be that DVD players also make wonderful CD players. They use the same type of optics in them as a matter fact a $99.00 DVD Player would equate to a $300.00 CD player if there was one available in that brand. A lot of the DVD is also when you looking form are capable of playing super audio which is a big advantage especially if you are audio fight. If you got a large DVD collection or you just do not want to buy the more expensive formats DVD is still very buyable it is not going anywhere and it is looks good. It is just does not look great. That is about it.
