Peel and seed two mangoes. Then peel and seed half of a large papaya. Now peel and core half of a pineapple and cut into relatively even pieces.
Thread the fruit onto the prepared skewers, starting with the prewashed strawberries, the pineapple, papaya, and mango. Continue alternating among the four. Grill the fruit, turning as necessary, cooking for about 6-8 minutes in total, it will depend upon the ripeness of fruit.
