Actually getting in to a night club, it is basically called getting your foot in the door. Even if you have to stop carrying the records in for a DJ you know. Try it. Give it a go but do not forget two important things. First impressions last, be smart, be punctual and be polite, very important. And, the next thing, even if you have turned up and there is no one in that night club, I suppose yet, a slight of contradiction there because if there is no one in the nightclub, maybe you can get away with playing your set, you have got together in your bedroom. But if all the certain three or four people tune up and they have not heard the beginning of that mix, they are going to be in the middle of it. So there is possibly a good chance though just to sit there and you have to look, just look how people are tapping their feet, look if they are nodding their heads. If they are not, if they are just going like (whistling), you need to change the music. If they are there and they are doing this, then you are on the right road because once you get into the club scene, it is completely different concept from just sitting in your bedroom and playing to five mates. There is no comparison. The big superstar DJs, the reason I think half of them are complete tosses is because—there is no jealousy, believe me there is too jealousy involved. The reason of that tosses is because they get so many records sent to them half the time that told to play the records because they will probably get lost of money for playing around. But also, they do not really care because they have seen and done it. If they just click their fingers, they would have 10 women around them giving goodness as well. And, those DJs could probably pay the Magic Roundabout song and the crowd would love it. It is not in fact the music, it is just because it is name of a DJ, but then again like I did said in another video, there are some superstar DJs out there, they are very good that do read the crown and are very polite, they have got no attitudes. So, I am not naming, I am not shaming any of them because I do not really know half of the bloody people anyway. But, let us be honest, if you want to get into a night club, you have got to be good, you have got to be out to put a good set together, get a CD, make it look good, put it in a case, do not just write a scribble on it, make it look nice, have a little bit of picture on it, do it on your computer. See the manager personally, do not post it because he will never get it. Try and make an appointment to see the manager. Give it to him personally and say thank you very much and leave it at that. Do not hustle him. It is very important not to fired up five minutes later. Did you listen to that? Give it a week. Ask, give it maybe another week after that, if he has not listened to it, then leave it. Do not hustle because again, if you start hustling that manager, when you go and see him again, all he will think of is us, “All right stop. Guy, you cannot keep on phoning me up. So think about it.
