We are going to start with our feet and legs first. Feet apart, get comfortable, knees are going in, here we go, it is in, start of slow and if you watch I am moving my hips, in and out, looking good. Butterfly down up and let us try some arm slow with it. You know what you need strong bones and when you start to get older like me, exercise will give you strong bones. Go.

Got it in, move those hips, in keep breathing, three more, slow and then we are going to try a tempo, one more, here we go. Tempo. Scoop it down go. Scoop. Butterfly. Looking good. Keep breathing add your style.
