Today is a really great Latin move called the shuffled so I want you to make sure that you got lots of room in the living room because we are going to be moving side to side. So imaging you are on the basketball court and you are just shimming down.
Here we go, little shuffle, then toss, shuffle, and we are sitting nice and low. Good. Shuffled with Latin, let that body go. We are going to add a toss. Perfect, when you are exercising you need to eat healthy snacks. You got to stay away from the sugar because what is going to happen is going to give you a real big up and then you are going to crash too quickly so what you need to eat is fruit and maybe a granola bar, cheese oranges and apples, that is what will keep you going or even a bagel, looking good. Remember tons of water, awesome shake it down. Perfect. So remember exercise everyday, 30 minutes, that is what you need.
