Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to Energy Blast. We are going to have a blast exercising together so what I want you to do is get up off the couch and get ready to move! Looking good.
Today, we are going to do a hip-hop move. It is called “the tap”. It is an easy one. Piece of cake! All you got to do is take your arm and you are going to move it across your body. Here we go. It is 4, 3, 2, other way! Now check out all the kids! They all got their own style! Good.
Now, why exercise? It is simple. You are going to be fitter and stronger to do all sports you love to do like skiing, snowboarding, swimming, dancing, soccer. You name it, anything. Looking good, moving that body. It is a tap. Get down. Right on!
So remember, exercise everyday! You are going to feel great if you do.
