The next attack that I want to setup from the Black Belt Guard is going to be a sneaky little setup. We are going to overhook one arm, we are actually going to attack the other. You are going to setup two submissions at once from this. So we are on guard and I want to do is swim this all through and hook it. I am actually, can you see my hand? I am actually going to be around his arm, I am going to be grabbing this wrist right here, alright.
So I go around and I grab this wrist. The reason I do that is because this arm definitely feels like the one that is being threatened at this point, but actually, I am going to setup the armbar on this arm. So from here, I cross face, I like to crawl up and go straight over into the armbar from here, alright. If for any reason I missed the armbar, all the regular chains apply. So if he pulls that arm out, I can immediately go back into the triangle or if for any reason, I get this arm, I have gone, if for any reason I get disarmed or I can not seem to finish it, I can go ahead, sweep him over, finish the armbar or another option we have, we are going to straight to the old plot.
So we are here, we have swam over, we have hooked this wrist, posting, I get the armbar. As soon as I go for it, if I miss it, I can always go for the old plot on this side immediately sitting up. I will show you that from another angle. So we are here, I swim this arm over and through grabbing his wrist, good wrist control. When I am here, I crawl a lot and setup a regular basic armbar. I have got the armbar. If I miss the armbar, he pulls the arm out for any reason, immediately, I hook up, go back into the triangle, or with the arm right there, I can just go straight into it by turning, sitting out. I go straight to chain. You can add that end to any part of the mix of chain attacks that you like. A lot of these are going to flow together. These chains can split in million different ways. We are just giving you some good basic examples so that you are going to have to start put them together for yourself.
