TURTLE ROLL
The next turtle attack that we are going to work is we are going to work on our chest on the back of his shoulders, and he is reaching for single leg. So we are here, what we want to do is we go this by first.
We want take this arm and under hook it right here; we are going to under hook it. This arm is going to go flat across and back of his shoulder. So we want it here, right here. I want to get a good s grip with my hands. When I do that, I am going to lean hard this way; I am going to use his shoulders to work him straight over. I am going to push down my elbow right at this arm and twist him over right here and to the side now.
You will notice that when you lay in this side now, you will lay in a hardest position to jump straight off and to the armbar. That's good. Once you start chaining your attack, one more time form that angle. We are here; we reach under to under hook with this one, underneath his arm. This one to plan across his shoulder, good s grip, trying down to work him over, all the way and to the side now from other angle.
We are here at under hook at this side, this arm, across by a good s grip to work him over this way, here, come around and to go to side now to get the side control. One more time from this angle I am going to reach under and pull up right here, this arm, flat, grabbing my hand in a good s grip to working him over this way from here, good side control.
One more time from the other way. We are here reaching under and grabbing. My hand is going all the way through his right arm on the other side, grabbing. This arm flat, grabbing here. I will just step up; it will give me a little more room to work him, but literally I am just going to just twist him over this way. Come around to get the side control.
It's a good way for you to vary your attacks on your opponent as he pull and throw to us and he is trying to use double leg, you just throw him off and you landed with you chest on the back of his shoulders, as he is turtles up, it's a good way to get the game over, so you need to start attacking from side now.
