Hi and welcome to this week’s screw the gym video.
Today, you will learn what muscle groups are used in the scissors position.
To get in to this position, simply crisscross your legs and sit in close. Ladies, if your man has been good today, give them a little extra treat by throwing your leg up on his shoulder but if he likes it too much it might cut your work out a bit short.
Both partners are getting a similar work out in this position. If you want to tone your triceps then the scissors is for you. When you are working it, your hamstrings and abs will feel it too.
So be sure to give it a try this week, but remember even though the position is called the scissor that is no excuse to cut out to foreplay.
