A lot of people come into the Elephant pharmacy and they have questions about vary exercises that will be good for them. In particular people who have concerns about bags under their eyes, cross feet that kind of thing. And you want to know if there is something they can do about that without going to the plastic surgeon and yes there is. This is an exercise that is for the lower part of orbicularis oculi it strengthens this part good for cross feet so and so basically you are going to look up at the ceiling with your fingers, you can do this in the morning if you want. I would not do it more than once a day about 10 times once a day and you are going to look up and you are going to blink and this fingers are to divide so that you can feel your muscles working so shall we? You just put your yes one finger here and one finger there and then just look up and blink so you are going to blink up but you are going to keep your eyes open. And let me know if you can feel that. I feel good--- good and you see. So just blink, so were going to go 10 times one two three four good five six seven eight nine 10 stop close your eyes take a deep breath and you should really feel it. You should be able to feel let energy flowing in this part of your eye can you feel it? Yes I could actually see it.
