How to Give a Foot Massage

I will start with this like this on the top of the foot. I am working on the top with my thumbs and also putting pressure with my fingers in the bottom so you are working kind of squeezing working in both sides down between the bones and feet, metacarpals down the toe, now with both hands and then working in the bottom of the foot at the same time with my fingers and then another stroke like this.

Over the heels here am working on the inside of the heels with my thumbs and I am working a little bit at the same time outside with my finger tips still around the heel. I work up the Achilles tendon a little bit there and then down the instep of here is really an important. I am using my whole thumbs all the way down. Up on this angle and start to work at the bottom of the foot.

Here you can work all along the foot with both thumbs using circular movements. You are working down the instep in reflexology this is the one in the spine so this is a really important area. Down the middle of the foot, along the top of the foot and then we work all around the toes. The sides just getting all the area at the bottom of the foot, down the heel, and do alternate pressing like this. And hold the ankle and give a little stretch, nice stretch. Finish it off with some long strokes again working the top and the bottom at the same time over the heel.
