Speaker: We are going to go to a cooking demonstration that I have no part of --
Speaker: Can you smell what the Great Scott is cooking? Oh my goodness, this is the Great Scott Cutaneo. If you are having trouble coming up with a Christmas Dessert at the last minute, guess what? This is the man he is coming on Christmas and he is going to show you something you can do. He is the award winning Chef from Great Scott over there in New Jersey, and he is Scott Cutaneo, we are saying that correctly?
Scott Cutaneo: Merry Christmas to all of you.
Speaker: Merry Christmas to you. Thanks for coming.
Speaker: I am glad to be here, and I am going to show you a great dessert that has five ingredients looked out as only being in the top restaurants in the past, but now we have pasteurized eggs. So we can make it at home, it takes two seconds and when people come over, they think that you have been over the oven all day.
Speaker: So you are going to trust us to make this then?
Scott Cutaneo: I am, Let me give you a couple of critical steps, here we have a double boiler, double boiler is water in a pot with and now we have chocolate on the top. Chocolate, as it melts as it gets heat, so we have it melted we shut off the heat, we are going to add a little butter.
Speaker: A little
Speaker: And I should stir it.
Scott Cutaneo: Yeah, you have to stir it. And here we have egg white already whipped, I am going to put this down I am going to ask Bill to watch the whipped cream. So I have a little pasteurized egg in this bowl and you are going to fold in this egg white.
Bill: Now is that just yellow or that’s --
Scott Cutaneo: Egg beater.
Bill: How much, about that much?
Scott Cutaneo: All of it.
Bill: Oh okay. I think I have got the butter all the way in there.
Scott Cutaneo: And while you fold that, I will take that bowl from you Bill.
Bill: Okay, and just when you say fold, I am new at it.
Scott Cutaneo: Okay, it's just like that. You don’t want to whip it, because it will take -- the air will go out of it. I want it to be light and airy, so here we have -- my quality.
Speaker: Yeah, this is great.
Scott Cutaneo: Here we have the cream and now the I am going to ask Bill to pour them in chocolate now,
Bill: Okay perfect.
Scott Cutaneo: Alright Bill, lift that.
Bill: In right in here.
Scott Cutaneo: Right into to that and I will hold it here, and you just take this pot away. We can turn around a little and show that we are just getting about --
Bill: How much chocolate was in there?
Scott Cutaneo: Four ounces. Everything is on the website folks.
Bill: Alright. Okay, so here our cream is good. I think we have got all the chocolate out of there.
Scott Cutaneo: Looks goodg now you are going to fold them.
Speaker: Let me have the bowl.
Scott Cutaneo: You help yourself now.
Speaker: If you move to right a little bit.
Female Speaker:How could I not be part of this?
Speaker: Well, go away, go away.
Bill: Now we are going to take the cream
Speaker: This can’t be just easy we are just dumping everything into the same bowl.
Scott Cutaneo: Oh, we are folding.
Speaker: Okay, fold.
Scott Cutaneo: So you put the bowl down. Let me take this, I am going to help you, let me get this
Bill: That was just whipped cream?
Scott Cutaneo: Whipped cream and watch this. Now we are just going to fold it. So we want to just incorporate without taking the air away from the whipped cream and the egg white.
Bill: Kind of a work of art here.
Scott Cutaneo: Well, it's easy.
Bill: Because it is made by Great Scott.
Scott Cutaneo: I will make it chocolate mousse.
Speaker: Now we are just going to take this
Scott Cutaneo: At the end of the day what does it look like?
Speaker: Okay give a guess.
Scott Cutaneo: We have chocolate mousse which you put in the refrigerator and it solidifies slightly, I have spooned there on the right color, is it is okay? You guys should taste it and let me know how it is
Speaker: Merry Christmas to Bill, Great Scott
Speaker: Let me also taste some, Merry Christmas Great Scott,
Speaker: This has some blackberry with it as well, do you know that 90% of all Americans have some form of chocolate everyday?
Speaker: Oh my God!
Speaker: Oh with the blackberry, I can say it is healthy, see?
Speaker: Oh this is amazing, and so simple, you did it right before us, the whole thing.
Speaker: You can keep how long in the refrigerator?
Scott Cutaneo: Two days
Speaker: Alright, great.
Speaker: We love you
Speaker: I am so glad
Speaker: Thank you so much thanks Scott. Happy Holidays.
Speaker: You are watching Fox News Channels, America's New Room. Yum, this is so good.
