Personal opinion

Have you googled the word “meditate”? Amazing! Lots of suggestions and comments and definitions, how can all of them be right?

Meditation

This is what I think; I think your personal definition is the most accurate of all. Far, too many people embrace the messenger and totally ignore the message, religion is base on that. I think what you believe as a person, as an individual, as a total spiritual being is far more important than any messenger could ever be. I think being in your own personal sanctuary whether you are borrowing someone else is or you have created that place for yourself is really what is important. So long as you can get in touch with that self, meditate, listen and find your own answers. That is just my personal point of view.

Find yourself. Believe in what your find!
