Excema is something that a lot of people suffer with. It red, itchy, dry skin, it affects the elbows in here, can affect behind the knees and it just it so in pleasant.
First thing, always use a good moisturizer and stay away from the soap if it is all possible. Most people do not remember that Noxema stands for No Excema. That is how they came up with the name. It is a great way to clean the skin, and you can also use a non-soap cleanser like Cetaphil. Both of these products are terrific.
But, what if it does not do the trick you might want to consider something like hydrocortisone cream. You will find them in the pharmacy, it works pretty well. Do not put it on the face; those are not appropriate for the face on a regular basis.
Here is another trick for dealing with Excema, turns out the good germs for reason that they are not entirely clear maybe very effective probiotics. You will find them in health good stores and in pharmacies. So oral doses of probiotics can be effective so can Hemp Seed oil, believe or not this product had some interesting properties that help and finally from the east Wu-Long tea, there have been some studies that demonstrate if you swallow about a leader, a court a Wu-Long tea on a regular basis it takes away the redness, the itchiness and the lot of the problems associated with Excema.
