Hello there. I'm Carlo and I am here to teach you to Marvel Glow a sprite. Create a four colour palette of your chosen colour, I've used green. Zoom in to 8x in your Magnifier. Outline the part that you wish to make glow, then go around the border with the third darkest tone. Use the second colour to surround the third one and continue this in a pattern until you reach the brightest one.
Now it's time to fill the inside. Use the fourth colour for the black borderline that surrounds the glove. Use the third darkest tone for the darkest and second darkest tones in the glove. Replace the second brightest tone in the glove with your second brightest tone of your chosen colour. Replace the brightest tone with with your brightest tone to finish the actual glow effect.
