Now, we are going to add our three Fs. We have already done right hand grip, left hand grip, the first F is make sure that left foot is pointing right at the basket. I am going to get the ball. I am going to take it right through my face. That is the second F, I am going to follow through on every shot that is the third F so we are trying to put it all together now. Face, follow through, right here, left foot is at the basket, one F, two Fs, three Fs.
