How to do the coin in the can trick

You, what’s up? I am going to show you today how to the coin in a can trick. I am going to show it to you and then I am going to show how to do it. Alright, check it. I marked it with a smiley face, And this is a solid can, I just bought it. And here it goes. Alright, here we go. (Linkin Park Music Playing) (Demo) Here you go, Can is still solid, There are no openings in the can, whatsoever you know, But you can hear it, I will show you how to do this trick. First, you can use a nickel, pennies, probably the easiest because it is the smallest. Quarter you know, on more experienced, they use quarter, But basically what you do is, tell the audience you are going to put the coin inside the can. There are no gimmicks or no set up, something like that. It is just, you are fooling the audience. So, you take the nickel right? Or coin or whatever, And you act like you slam it through but actually, you are just placing it right there like that. You see that? So, you just, You have to tilt the can so it would not fall out. You show you audience that you have nothing in your hand and you kind of misdirect them with this hand, While you are dropping into you palm, Or you are dropping it to the palm of you hand like that, it looks like this, You slam it, you show them you have nothing and now watch this hand kind of, Kind of let the nickel fall into your hand from the position, you see what I am saying? You kind of misdirect them like this, And the audience is kind of like, okay where did that go? So, you show them the can is still solid but actually the nickel is still behind you hand, they cannot see it. So, what I do is that, I kind of I switch it to the back of my thumb, you see? It is like this right, I kind of just switch if over to my thumb and then, you show the audience that it is still solid but actually, it is behind your thumb but they cannot see that. You can flip it around. Show them that there is nothing in there. You just say, oh, you can sometimes hear it and just tap the nickel on the rim of the can, Like that. And then just, you know, So they cannot see it. Just put it up to the rim right here, And then when you open it, the coin will fall right in. And you pour the soda out.
