Okay, this like you CC, I got a comment about the set of a headset and because they did not know how to do it, so I am here to help. If you have any questions just give me a comment or an email or whatever.
We are going to start with the bearings. Your bearings is obviously is going to go on the bottom like this. You are going to want the flat side to be facing downward so the bearings are towards the frame so it is going to go like this and then I do not the frame front here obviously but we are just going to go to the next step.
The next step is going to be the cap, you are going to have one of these on your bike and what you are going to do is you are going to have your other set of bearings like this and they are going to go inside the cap like that. So again, your head is going to be facing outwards and your bearings should be going to be facing towards the frame and then that is just going to go on like so.
And also you are gong to have a little rubber thing like—it is going to look like this, it is going to have a slit in it so you can extend a little bit and that is going to go over top, that is going to be the next step. It is going to go right into here between the bearings.
That is what is going to hold everything together, nice and snug, like that. So you are going to have your bearings and then you will have this piece which goes inside and just hugs it—just hugs the bearings like that, right in there. And then your next step is probably going to be—you are going to need a cap, this the thing that we will have problems with, it is going to be the cap.
You are going to want to put buckles over everything, it covers the bearings so that you do not see anything. Then you are going to have your spacers, you just slide then on like that. I do not know how many you have but whatever amount you need, just put them on, you can just run on spaces that I have.
Like so and the next step is going to be fill the gyro, you are going to put that onto so there is your gyro and—then you are going to have to—you are going to have your headset, that piece is just going along like that. Your bearings should at least going to be right on top like that so you are going to have everything snug like that.
Then you are going to have the cap. It is going to be this thing. Juts slides under there and before you tighten these bolts on the side here, you are going to want to tighten this first to make sure that nothing moves in the headset because if there is movement, that is not good, it is going to break your bearings and everything so, what you want to do is you want to tighten that until you get no movement at all and then the dish will be able to move a little bit so you just straighten that out with your frame and your wheel and you tighten it up and you are done, that is it.
Also there was a—there was a question about somebody wanted to put a three piece crank, they do want to put a one piece crank on a three piece bike, because I do not know, maybe they broke their three piece or something, that is not possible because the one piece is going to be designed for bearings like the ball bearings and the three piece cranks are going to be designed for the solid sealed bearings and you cannot put a one piece in there, it just going to have to be like totally redone every—just get a new bike buddy, if you screwed up. That is bike or CC, if you guys got anymore comments, just you to know comments.
