Today, I am going to show you how to do a proper kick.
The first thing to do when you kick it is don't make the basic error that beginners make. You cannot kick the ball with your toes. It's called the toe punt that is not good. I'll show you how it's done, and if you have a hard ball, I am not using a hard ball, but if you have a hard ball you can hurt your toes badly. You can really damage them badly and that's the first mistake you cannot do when you kick a ball.
So you know how I said not to kick it with your toes, you kick it, if you have shoes on you kick where your lace is on, around that point right here, so that'll give you more power and you got to follow through. You cannot just stop there. You have to follow through it, follow through the ball and if you want it high, you lean back, if you want it low, you lean forward. So, I will demonstrate a low drive. You see how that went low? It's because I went over the ball.
So for aiming, you take your other foot that you are not kicking it with and if you wanted to go left, you put it left, you want to go right, you put it right. So I will demonstrate, I wanted to go left, so watch, I put my other foot left, then I kick. See, it went left, it went on the left side and that is how how you aim with the ball.
