Kai: Today, I am going to show you how to make Thai Egg Spicy salad. I have here four boiled eggs which I have already taken out the shells. You will need two tablespoon of chopped green onions, two teaspoon of chopped red onion, two tablespoon of chopped pickled garlic, quarter cup of carrot and quarter cup of mint leaves.
Alright, for the eggs just cut them into quarter inch like, okay. For the sauce you need one tablespoon of chopped chilies, two tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of vinegar. One tablespoon of fish sauce and you want to squeeze in half a lemon and keep on stirring. Mix them up until the sugar is dissolved.
In a bowl, add your carrot, mint leaves, chopped green onion and chopped red onion, and of course the garlic. Pour the sauce in and mix it up. Okay, let's go serve it.
To serve, just add in your sauce mixed with vegetables, top it off with mint leaves a little bit. Here you go. Here goes your Thai Egg Spicy Salad. Enjoy.
