How To Make Okonomiyaki?

Okonomiyaki?
Japanese-style pancake, a popular children's dish.
Ingredients:
Cabbage,
1 package of Katsuobushi (fish flakes),
mayonaise,
okonomiyaki scauce,
oil,
tempura batter.
Tools:
Bowl,
spatula,
knife,
plate,
measuring cup (1 cup),
frying pan.
Let's start cooking!
Cabbage! Chop! Chop! Chop!
Tempura batter, water, measuring cup, bowl.
1 cup of tempura batter, 1 cup of water, pour, stir until liquid -- stir until liquid - stir until liquid, add cabbage then stir.
Frying pan, oil, spatula, plate (set oven to high)
Be careful! The oven is hott :D
Eggs are optional! :)
(add 1 egg yolk)
Always check underneath your okonomiyaki to see if it is dark brown. You don't want to burn it! :)
Here is the tricky part. Flipping your okonomiyaki.
Just flip it over like you would a normal pancake only faster and careful.
OH and the egg will break so don't worry :p
After you flipped your okonomiyaki, push on your spatula to flatten it out.
Then poke it in the center and make sure it is not batter anymore.
When it is finished place move your okonomiyaki to a plate :)
Plate, mayo, katsuobushi (fish flakes)
Now it's my “favorite part”, to finish and dress up your okonomiyaki!
Now enjoy your delicious Okonomiyaki!
