Omelette Potatoes
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 onion
5-6 potatoes (medium)
olive oil
salt
Peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes in small pieces (the smaller the faster).
Put a pan with oil.
When the oil is hot... add the potatoes. Add some salt.
Put all the eggs in a dish. Add some more salt.
Time to beat the eggs.
Cut the onion in small pieces.
Meanwhile the guest arrive.
When the potatoes are half cooked, add the onion.
When the potatoes are cooked (soft) take off the oil (don't throw into sink!!)
Add the eggs. Turn up side down moment. And after 2 or 3 minutes it's finished.
Served with wine is a good option.
