So basically about a 16-ounce container of Trader Joe's nonfat yogurt, 120 calories per serving; two servings in the container. And put it into a freezer-safe bag. Put it in the freezer for about two-and-a-half to three hours and you get this kind of harder consistency but still soft. Then you cut one corner, put in a pastry tube with a star tube and then we are going to squeeze this out and here you go. That's it. Actually, this is pretty soft, consistency still. Add in some granola, add in some mangoes here or whatever other fresh fruit topping that you like that's always popping those -- and some blackberries and there you have it, the latest yogurt drink. Let's take a look so we can see how it tastes. Really good, really, really good. Still tart like yogurt that yogurt that very cold like ice-creams. Anyway, so there you go, actually less calories than Pinkberry, Pinkberry has 25 calories per ounce with 120 calories per eight ounces. So there you go. Thanks.
