Big Bubbles How-To $ A Bubble Solution Recipe
Use clean buckets and stirrers. All ingredients are available on the web. Here are all of the ingredients.
Use a paint impeller like this to stir until blended into:
1.5 gallons of hot water mix in 5 teaspoons of J-Lube.
One tube = 4.25 ozs Surgilube.
¼ cup of Glycerine 99.5% pure or better. Now stir in (with out making foam).
16 ozs of Dawn non-ultra – the cheap stuff.
1’2 cup Dawn manual pot and pan detergent.
Sure the ingredients are difficult to find but what did you expect?
Make big bubbles in 40% + humidity on a pretty clam day. The solution makes self healing bubbles. That means you can blow bubbles in through the side. And they will tear apart into smaller bubbles (not pop so often).
Big Tri-string
The Strings are three lengths of cotton string (butchers string) braided. Use inexpensive bamboo poles from the garden center. It takes some practice but the learning curve is fun. Good luck!
