Glow Water. How To Make Your Own.
You will need
Cup, gloves, highlighter, razor blade. Take the the back of the highlight pen. Remove the insides. Make sure you put on gloves, the ink will stain your fingers. Put your cup under the running water, so you can collect the fluorescent ink. You want to just a have a tickle amount of water coming out. You need to get as much ink out of the cotton as you can. Next you will need your razor blade. Cut of the plastic cover that holds the cotton. Now you can get most of the fluorescent ink out.
You are done.
Now comes the fun part. You will need a black light in order to get the water to do it's glow affect.
Very nice.
You can pour the glow water anywhere.
