Speaker: Hello, as you might have realized Asian cuisine has taken America by storm and if you don't want to look like a fool using a fork and spoon then you best learn to use chopsticks. It's very simple. You take the first one and hold it like a pencil. However, comfortable you want, closer is easier for beginners and when you get more experienced you go farther back. You lift this. You point your finger, rest this so that your middle finger is right there on that fork and you just pinch it with this one. Pinch these with -- you are going to pinch the bottom one with these two fingers and the top one with these fingers. So I got that and I have this and you just adjust them and you have perfect chopstick handling.
