First you will need a set of arms and hands, working lungs and a mouth, and a victim who is not breathing.
Step 1, check to make sure the victim is okay. Step 2, call for help. Step 3, check to see if victim is breathing or if the airway is blocked. Step 4, if the victim is not breathing, pinch the nose and tilt the head back and give two quick breaths. Step 5, check for the pulse. Step 6, check for sternum with two fingers and place hands together firmly and pump. Step 7, alternate breaths and pumps until help arrives. Congratulations! Now celebrate.
This would be a good time to review. Check to make sure the victim is okay. Then call for help. Check to see if the victim is breathing or if the airway is blocked. If the victim is not breathing, pinch the nose and tilt the head back and give two quick breaths. Check for the pulse. Check for the sternum with two fingers and place hands together firmly and pump. This may take a while. So find something else to do like duster fighting. When help arrives, leave it to the professional. Remember, never practice CPR on an actual human. Jeanie is back to health.
