Are you missing your hot cup of coffee or tea in the morning?

Now, they are both made from calmative herbs…
Which for the IBS sufferer is great…. They are good at both soothing and calming your bowel!
So, what are these two drinks then?
They are… Chamomile tea and peppermint tea!
Now, it is probably best to drink peppermint tea throughout the day and chamomile tea in the evening.
This is because chamomile tea has a sedative effect.
