Hi, this is Stewart Hare. This is a quick video to explain to you about IBS Trigger Foods.
So what are IBS Trigger Foods? Well, it is quite simple really. They are foods, which trigger your IBS symptoms. So, how do you discover what your IBS Trigger Foods are? Well, you need to keep a daily food diary. What is a food diary? A food diary is a daily log where you keep the details of your food consumption and your resulting IBS symptoms. Overtime, from your food diary, you will discover what your exact trigger foods are.
To give you a head start, here is a selection of common IBS Trigger Foods for you, dairy products, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, insoluble fiber and, citrus juice.
