So, what is peppermint? A peppermint is a common garden herb. You pretty got some from garden as we speak. But it is also a calmative herb. So why is peppermint so good for IBS? Well, it contains beneficial ingredients, which can help reduce IBS Symptoms. It can sooth and calm your bowel and it can relieve spasms, pain and intestinal gas and it ease or lowers symptoms of IBS.
So what is the best way to take peppermint? We can drink peppermint tea and a lot of people do and is actually refreshing, but the best way to take peppermint to relieve your IBS symptoms is peppermint oil capsules. Now, you need to take this three times a day if you may meal and preferably before you eat a meal.
