I see lots of Warner hockey players having problem stopping especially on one particular side whether it will be on the left side or the right side. Remember side stops is a side motion stop, not a snowplow. We want to get away from snowplow stopping.

Doing a side stop consist of using strong knee bend, you got to really push your way downwards towards the ice to generate that scraping stopping motion.
