When you first start skating, what you have to do is you have to take time in your steps, back and forth. And the important thing to do is, remember, you got to lean forward not lean back because if you lean back; you are going to hit your head and fall on your head.

The important thing to know is when you feel like you are going to fall; you got to put your hands on your knees to catch your balance.
