It's actually body fat, so determining with your body fat is versus your body weight. A lot of times people might measure BMI, which measure body weight and body height, but that really doesn't take into a consideration muscle mass and bone density and things like that. So, you really want to determine your body fat, and then go from there. So, a good measurement would be for men and women would be a little different. For men would be a little lower and for women would be little higher based on their body structure.
