I'm In A Sexless Marriage... What Happened?

[Music playing] Dan: Here is a question where a lot of men and women want to have the answer for why is my marriage sexless? They realize… Jennifer: Yes what happen? Dan: It is been like what a year and three months now [laughter] what happen? Why [voice crossover]. Jennifer: and that is so nice that you have people count. Dan: Yes a year three months two days and four hours. [Music playing] Melody: That funny thing is that sometimes that a person feels like their marriage sexless if they do not have sex in a week. You know [laughter] Jennifer: That is interesting, people measures that differently. Some people are having sex once a week, once a month, three times a day. Melody: An average most people feel comfortable having sex maybe you knows two to three times a week yes--- but you know there are people who feel like their marriages sexless if they do not have sex everyday. So it really does very right--in terms of what is right for you. Jennifer: Right! Melody: But in my terms you know sex is marriage is where in you have sex maybe once a year or never. Dan: Is that sex? Jennifer: No sex! [Voice crossover] [Laughter] Melody: I know but there might be I get a lot of reasons why that happens. Then personally you got to check out and make sure it is something physical because a lot of times set that a hormonal issue whether it is the guy not willing to have sex or the woman not having want it to have sex we can figure it in hormonal issue. Dan: Something about that can be fixed. Melody: Right they can be fixed so see a doctor, make sure that is not what is happening and if does not what is happening you know you got to look again at those issues of is it sexual tournament in a history is that what shutting everybody down? Or is there a closeness issue? Is it that there is so much distance between you that you no longer felt safe together? Right--- and if that is the case then you need to work on being closer, developing more into missy. And one of the ways to do that it is like a huge thing for me whom a lot couples really fight does not it? I do not really understand myself but sleep naked. Dan: See we are talking about is this just the end of the day? [Laughter] it is good that way. Jennifer: Absolutely. Well… Dan: We are born naked I would say. Melody: It accomplishes a whole lot of really important things. Dan: That it does. [Laughter] Jennifer: And I am not going to be fighting oh her on this one. Melody: Because sleeping naked allows to have more skin to skin contact. Dan: Done it that has. Melody: And if we have more skin to skin talk contact you release this hormone called oxytocin which increases your level of dealing funded to that person. Increases your overall sense of well being, it actually increases your health. Jennifer: Yes a few good drug right? Melody: Yes feel good drug you know and even if you are not having sex the boundaries between you are less because you do not have to deal with the whole closet shoe? Dan: Just give me a dramatic 02:55 [Laughter]. Oh really? Melody: And you just feel closer and safer with each other in it. Starts to built that bond which make it safer to be able to sexual with each other. The other thing is to go to bed earlier, go to bed at the same time. Jennifer: Go to bed together yes that is a big one. Melody: Go to bed a little bit earlier than you would, you know you might not feels like you want to go to sleep at nine o’ clock? Dan: but whatever? Melody: Oh what ever time you might not be ready for bed but cut it out anyway. Jennifer: Naked, naked. [Laughter] Dan: Naked. Is everybody see what are we doing here? Come on. Melody: Leave the music early, leave the light on you know just and lay together and talk about your day yes---about what is happening and… Jennifer: Oh! Dan: Naked. Melody: Naked! Jennifer: Yes that is a great idea. Dan: And it is good for your health. Can be that absolutely---I am telling you. Melody: So if you have a sexual marriage this is the really good way to begin, to move and toward having a sexual marriage. Jennif
