Danny: Hi my name is Danny and I'm Orlando, Florida; and I would like to know when doing brain exercises what are we looking for to achieve the ultimate brain stimulation to help improve memory? Stuart Zola: Danny that's a good question we really trying to understand what the best exercises are for us to be able to maintain our coagulability and our memories for longer period of time. Doing brain exercises like crossword puzzles, sodoku other kinds of things seem to be very useful and the idea is that in doing these things you can create more connections in the brain. And those connections will help to sustain our coagulabilities for a longer period of times. It's especially important to actually to try new things, things that you haven't tried before because those are going to develop more connections still on your brain to help sustain activity.
