Reverse Bench Press
The Reverse Bench Press is on of the best ways to increase your bench press FAST.
The band assists more at the bottom of the movement and less at the top, allowing you to use much more weight.
Using greater loads like this allows you to overload your muscles and connective tissue (tendons & ligaments) to a much greater extent than regular bench.
This means faster strength gains for you!!!

You can also do Reverse Band Presses on a decline.
In this next clip, I am using 455 lbs for 1 ½ reps (you will see what I mean)
It is a good example of why I recommend using the rack!
