Male: So here we are, the final stage of assembly. So we haven’t got through cycle testing yet on this machine.
Male: Okay.
Male: But it's been fully assembled. We don’t just don’t have the side paddles on it and what were looking at here then when we look inside of this, we’re seeing what we call the brew group here which basically is the heart of the machine. It's creating the coffee experience.
Male: Okay.
Male: That the very powerful motor I talked to you about, one of my favorite experiences was in testing. We actually rode the clover and that was one of the presents to get up the clover up and down on the piston. It can lift 320 pounds so that’s a powerful motor there.
Male: Okay.
Male: This year is the outlet valve that is a valve that allows us to manage when the vacuum is being created and however, you know when the coffee is going to then will be flowing through along for waste to come out. It’s one of the very important components. Here then to is bottom f the brewed chamber. It has a very specific geometry that allows the coffee then to flow through this in such a way that we don’t build up to much pressure that we allow it t move through this experience effectively and getting to the cup without to the damaging parts, bursting scenes. And here again, you’ve got the tip like that I was telling you about. Luckily, it's not on. It gets up to 190 degrees.
Male: Okay.
Male: And so it's definitely heating the chamber up and keeping it hot. So now if we spin things around, you’ll see in the background here is the plumbing.
Male: Okay.
Male: The boiler, the plumbing in lets and so it's really come 1:38 and you can see it from a design perspective. It's been simplified in such a way that we have made it easy to work on as well, something that we really wanted to do is have not just the simple to use but simple to work on.
Male: Simple to service?
Male: Absolutely!
Male: Everything?
Male: everything that yu have can sort of you can pop the broiler out without to much effort. You can get after the brew group side of things without too much effort and then if we spin it around and I’ll push it back in place here, you’ll see that we’ve got all the electronics that on this side. In that way, you can come in and get access to the various connectors and the electronics without having to necessarily fit with everything else.
Male: Pull it all.
Male: And so that sense of design to simplicity is involved in every component of the machine and it also is involved to our relationship to coffee. It's really one of the simplest brewing processes that you can imagine but to get there, you’ve had t go through quite of bit design and so—
Male: It is I mean internally it is very well designed. Everything look like it's completely thought it where it should be.
Male: Yeah, exactly! And to tell you how easy it is to work on, I’m one of the least mechanically inclined people I know. I’m a trainer of technicians at this point. My friends laugh out loud when they hear that because honestly it's—they can’t believe it.
