Folks, when you visit your local building supply store and you are looking for a door for that bedroom or bathroom. You are going to be faced with quite a variety to choose from like pre-hang doors and slab doors that are whole, really not what you would say privacy doors by any means.
In fact, you can get in that decorative doors like this one here. Again, still hallow but really no privacy. But why not consider getting into a door that gives you privacy and they are really going to stop that sound transmission to the next room or to the hallway.
