Dave: Hey! Welcome to watchmojo.com. I am your host Dave and today we are at NESTEA's Chill on the Hill, and we are going to be talking to Olympic Snowboarder Justin Lamoureux. You are no stranger to the Olympics so do you have some a special Olympic moment or a favorite Olympic moment?
Justin Lamoureux: Just walking into the opening ceremony so far was amazing. Still, almost four years later I've got the chills of like watching it all of us walk in and unbelievable. I can't wait to do it at home in Vancouver and see what the reception is going to be like because I think it's going to be off the hook.
Dave: I guess you have been described as having a pretty unique style. How would you describe your style and what do you think makes it different from everybody else?
Justin Lamoureux: Yeah, I like switch a lot, and just think outside of the box and might look for things that guys aren't doing or haven't done, kind of stupid stuff that sometimes might kick me in the ass.
Dave: Would you say you plan out your runs or it's really on the fly?
Justin Lamoureux: It's pretty much on the fly. My coach still told me one time, he actually gets worried if I know what I am doing the day before a contest. I'll drop in, and do run and come back up top and everyone is like, what was that, where did that come from. Oh! My God, just changed my mind dropping in.
Dave: Do you listen to music before a run. Is there any like pre-run rituals you have that really gets you hyped up?
Justin Lamoureux: I've actually like in past been trying to avoid rituals and stuff because just in case you can't do it, but this year I got into this a lot of Bad Religion before the runs, it gets super active and listen to some good old punk tunes.
Dave: Do you feel it's a job, are there are some days where it's more of a job or its work. What are some of the fun parts?
Justin Lamoureux: What are some of the fun parts, we are snowboarding in June.
Dave: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Justin Lamoureux: No idea.
Dave: Then, I guess I am not going to ask where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Justin Lamoureux: Surfing, and snowboarding.
