I’m Dr. Parris Kidd, and I’m happy to say that I’m co-developer with Leila Herd my editor at Total Health Magazine of the concept of Total Health Management. This is a really important concept through which the individual takes control of their own health. At first, it may seem like an obvious thing but we need for people to understand that there’s a lot that they can do for themselves and in terms of the choices they make for their health. There are ten principles that Leila and I developed for Total Health Management and I want to go through those with you now.
