Irish Coffee Cocktail Drink Recipe

This drink is called an Irish Coffee, which is a favorite drink from that great city of San Francisco. Legend has it that it was first served at a bar called the Buena Vista Café’ which is right on the San Francisco Bay, and it is at the end of the cable car, and if you ever get to San Francisco and it is cold and foggy. You go into this bar, it is full of people and everybody, well almost everybody is drinking Irish Coffees.

So the first thing that we need is a cup or special glass. This is special tempered glass, so if we put hot things in it, it is not going to crack. And we are going to use Irish whiskey. Now Irish whiskey has a distinct whiskey flavor, and it can only come from Ireland and there are lots of different brands of Irish whiskey.

So we are going to use 1 ounce, oh come on out there, of our Irish whiskey. Then we are going to take fresh coffee, fill it up. Now sometimes, people like a sweetened coffee, so if they like this the sweeter, we would put a little bit of sugar to sweeten it up.

Then what we are going to do is we are going to take whip cream, shake this up. Pop it off with whip cream like so, and then we would serve it. So it is really Irish whiskey, coffee, and whip cream.

Now they have many variations of this coffee drinks that are often times are popular after dinner drinks, especially in cold weather. You could have Mexican coffee made with Kulua. You are making coffee made with Tia Maria, so the writing goes on endless, but this is the most popular Irish Coffee right there.
