How is it going guys! Jeff in jowerstrainingsystems.com
I am here today because I had a great question come up in the gym. I was having a late night training session and someone actually asked me these questions check it up.
Hey! Is that exercise right there?
Is that good for toning?
So that is actually the question I got in the gym. That is actually a re-enactment of the question because that is actually I look our post rightperformance.com.
He is one of my training buddies but, the question was stated that, Is that good for toning? He was actually implying a question towards tire flipping. I answered to him;
How is your nutrition? What are you doing besides that and basically how hard are you working?
An exercise is not going to help you tone. One exercise is not a toning exercise. Basically what toning means, it is actually not even a word in fitness. It is a word created by advertisers. Magazine companies like Men’s Health, Self magazine and stuff like that to solicit muscle building products or fitness. Toning basically means the muscle is contracted or ready to do work.
So basically with that idea and principle, doing an exercise is not going to help you tone okay. What is going to help you tone is having building muscle. If you have not notice by now Jowers training Systems is all about power, strength and muscle building.
So first thing I have anybody do when they want to tone up is build more muscles. That is the common trait. You build more muscle you are going to be a lot more toned. You are going to tone up a lot quicker and then assisting with proper nutrition, you are going to be on a whole new level, okay.
So what I would like to say that everybody that has a question. Is that good for toning? No! What you need to do to properly tone your body is build more muscle. Proper nutrition. Building more muscle and lifting heavy stuff, so that you are actually building more muscle break down. Exercises like tire flipping squats, dead lift, bench press, pull-ups, flanks those exercises are great if you check out jowerstrainingsystems.com you will notice that I write a lot about money lift. Money lifts are big lifts that area compound movement, multi-joint movement, multi-muscle movement. The more you do that the toned athletic look that everybody likes to have people like Brad Pitt, Ryan Reynald and Blade trinity, bodies like that, that is a toned body. That is a muscle built body. That is nice and lean. That is ready and active for work.
