Talk to your accountant and your lawyer and make sure that all of your financing is in place educate your self as much as possible are you going to make this Korea move? If so, take a real state course if not make sure that you surround your self with knowledgeable professionals.
Learn to market learn that the taxes in your in your area, learn about condition issues of the building that you are looking at, find out about maintaining it’s expenses and how much is going to cost to keep the building going and for occasional update also. Be very careful about how you deal with your tenants and if you fell you do not have the right templiments of being a landlord. Find a good Management Company, develop strategies and stick to them there is a lot to learn. But investing in real state can be marvelous adventure.
