Female: Try the rear view workout to finish off.
Female: With these exercises, you can put on your ankle weights. Grab a chair and your dumbbells. We will start with the feet right outside of the chairs, right down by the sides, let the weights hang down, tighten the buttocks, you are going to sit down, come up and down.

All right, shake out those calves. We did a great job.
Female: Be patient, you will have a better rear view before you know it.
