An enormous day, welcome to an exciting program, it is suppertime presented by the Fort Wayne Fusion, welcome to my cooking show. Today, we are very excited show today, we are going to be actually doing a simple crab salad today. We are also at our main course we are going to do an Aussie Chicken with an Angel Hair Pasta and a dessert. We are going to do a strawberry shortcake and first of all I want to start of, I want to thank the public access people are here at the Fort Wayne on a county public library in downtown Fort Wayne. This is June 1st 2007. The actual first day of Fort Wayne and now the county actually go that non-smoking in for a way.
So here is a few in my products, I was going to sample today. When you open it and it is a very perishable item. It comes in frozen and as soon as you open it. You only have like 48 hours to use the product, so I made up a simple salad here already, what we are going to do is grab a couple of our salad plate here. Very nice and simple salad right here put that on, a couple of there, and kind of keep it simple for everybody in the family, you know if you want to spend more time for your kids.
So what this show is all about is simple meals going to take you only about 30 minutes to put together, so now let us use our spoon here. You can go gingerly with your crab or if you love crabs, love seafood like I do with several time, go ahead, next show we are going to feature the Philips crab meat, the Philips foods.
We are going to feature a crab cake. Know this is a blue crab from the coast of China, you see of China; very, very versatile products, very good and you can grow crab salads, you can do crab Rangoon all kinds of good stuff with crabmeat. Stuffed crab; all kinds of stuff.
All right, those were pretty simple, there you go, a couple of minutes to put together, there we go, all right, consuming here to clean up a little bit always got to be clean.
Next, thing that what we are going to feature on its separate time or we are going to go over, and make this Aussie Chicken with this Angel Hair Pasta. So what is this Aussie sauce what are we going to do; we are going to do it like a honey mustard, maybe some habanera sauce, this is Tijuana flex here.
Now if you do not have that, you can also use Tabasco sauce here, it would be cool, you could use this stiletto here, it is kind of nice dragon fire and kind of donated this for the cooking show here, so it is kind of cool, cruciated gust, use a local.
